Regular Wholesale Price
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS:
FIRST ORDER MINIMUM $1000. NO MINIMUM ORDERS AFTERWARD!!
For large pieces there is always a $25.00 packing fee per item, regardless of the amount of the order.
All Accounts will be shipped on a prepaid basis only. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. This gives you up to 30 days instant credit from your credit card company.

SHIPPING:

Each order must have a single ship to address with no split ship dates or separate/special packaging requested. For large pieces there is always a $25.00 packing fee per item, regardless of the amount of the order.
Orders will be shipped via common carrier (Big Truck) when the items are too large to go Fed-ex ground or when the order would take more than 2 oversize Fed-ex ground boxes to pack.
External package or concealed item damage must be claimed with the carrier immediately. Damaged items or shortage must be called to our attention within 48 hours upon receipt of the order.
Upon Receipt of the Shipment: Please inspect all cartons at the time of delivery for any visible signs of damage and/or negligence on the part of the carrier. Any damage found should be noted on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the shipment. Other damage not identified at the time of receipt must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. Please save all packing materials as this will assist in the successful conclusion of the claim process. Please contact the carrier directly to request an inspection and to file a damage claim. DO NOT WRITE OR CALL The Interior Gallery. DIRECT PRIOR TO CONTACTING THE CARRIER. FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL ASSIST YOU IN RECOVERING THE AMOUNT OF THE CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER. The Interior Gallery will assist customers with filing claims when possible.
Returns:
? Require The Interior Gallery return authorization number and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned with in 3 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
Freight Rates:
Special services such as lift gate, forklift, residential and inside deliveries are subject to extra charges from the freight companies.
Please call us for an estimate if your business is located at a residential address or if you require any special service(s).
Alaska, Hawaii and all international orders will be shipped freight collect.

Drop Ship Orders:
All drop ship orders are charged actual freight.
We will charge a drop ship fee of $15.00 per box for Fed-ex ground shipments and $25.00 for common carrier (Truck) shipments. For large pieces there is always a $ 25.00 packing fee per item, regardless of the amount of the order.

Discount Pricing:
Discounts prices are offered to all Customers.

Special Order Items:

Special order items may require a 50% deposit and take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery!

Hand crafting will lend itself to minor differences or human imperfections in products and color. We cannot be held responsible for these imperfections.
