Return Policy

TheInteriorGallery.com will accept returns within 7 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.  Some of the large items or special order items can not be returned. In general, items that are shipped via truck or cost more than $199.99 can not be refunded or exchanged.  Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning the product. Products must be in original condition and repackaged properly, in the original packaging. Your return must be shipped prepaid and insured. Please include a copy of your paperwork with the return along with your full name and address and the return authorization number on the outside.   We do not refund shipping nor pay for return shipping.
